Each piece in the El buen amor series is the result of a synthesis between the digital and the handcrafted, between the immaterial and the tangible. The image, conceived in a virtual environment through AI, takes on physical form through handmade vat paper, whose cotton fibres and slow, deliberate production imbue each piece with a singular, unrepeatable identity. Hand-pulled screen printing, with its layered colours and organic marks, further accentuates the tension between artificial precision and human imperfection. Thus, each work is unique not only in its final form but in its very making—where the boundaries between the created and the discovered, the programmed and the spontaneous, begin to blur. In that passage, what was once merely an artifice finds a life of its own—an existence perhaps never meant to be.
