Altered Nature<\/em>\u00a0is a visual and sensory exploration that invites reflection on the complex relationship between humans and the natural environment. Through an interactive zine printed using risograph techniques, it explores the duality between beauty and decay, presenting an infinite cycle of contrasts. The use of light filters allows the viewer to uncover hidden images, symbolising the fragile boundary between life and death in nature, the rhythms of change, ecology, and the delicate beauty of flora. The combination of textures, shapes, and colours creates a poetic and creative narrative that aims to raise awareness of our intimate connection with the natural world.<\/p>

The creative process begins with a microscopic investigation of plants, where technology becomes an extension of the human eye, allowing an unusual closeness to the organic. At 200x magnification, the smallest details take on a monumental dimension, and textures transform into abstract landscapes of a rediscovered nature.
